1. Controller

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed by our authentication provider).
• Learning data: your answers, confidence ratings, study sessions, mock results, exam date and study preferences. This is the data the product exists to process.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the subscription status and identifiers, never card numbers.
• Technical data: device and browser information, and analytics events if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Acquisition data: which campaign or search brought you here, so we can understand what works.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service (contract).
• To personalise your study plan and readiness estimate (contract).
• To send transactional and study-related email you can control in your account (contract / legitimate interests).
• To send marketing email only where you have opted in (consent).
• To understand and improve the product (legitimate interests, and consent for analytics cookies).

4. Sharing

Processors we use: Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database), Stripe (payments), [email provider], [analytics provider]. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

6. Retention

Learning data is kept while your account exists so you can return to it. If you delete your account we remove personal data within 30 days, keeping only what accounting law requires.
