From the account page, at any time. There are no retention steps and no further payments are taken.
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The three-month plan ends automatically, and the account returns to the free tier with progress kept.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form and are not stored by SQE1 Ready.
Yes. Move between Monthly and 3 months from the account page, and the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
